These sandwiches are beyond easy to make, I could literally do it blindfolded haha!! Its full of flavor and makes a lot, so leftovers are almost guaranteed, unless of course tons of people dive in, ; )
1- 1 1/2 bottles buffalo sauce
1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
1 lb chicken breasts (thawed or frozen)
Cover your slow cooker with a liner, or grease the bottom. Place chicken breasts in slow cooker and place remaining ingredients on top. Cover and allow to cook for 7-8 hours on low, or 3-4 on high. Once cooked, shred chicken with a fork. Scoop chicken onto a hoagie roll, or roll of your choice and serve. *For added flavor, crumble blue cheese on top, or use blue cheese dressing.
