As I have mentioned before, I am in love with my bread machine! It is definitely one of my favorite appliances!! Nothing is more delicious than taking a loaf of bread or biscuits/rolls straight from the bread machine or oven, and serving it with dinner. These rolls are probably the new favorite rolls in my family. My husband says they compare to “Texas Road House” rolls, which have always been a favorite of ours! They have a hint of sweetness to them, along with a buttery flavor, and they are light and fluffy!! Perfect addition to any meal. We had so many leftover after dinner last night that my hubby is using them as sandwich rolls this week at lunch!!
1 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
2 eggs, room temperature, slightly beaten
3/4 tsp salt
4 cups bread flour
3 tsp instant yeast
1/4 cup sugar
Place all ingredients into the pan of your bread machine. Press the dough cycle on your bread machine and lock in pan. Start cycle. Once completed, remove dough and place on flat surface. Cut into 15-16 rolls and shape as desired. Cover the rolls and allow to rise for about 20-30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 and bake for about 20 minutes, or until nicely golden. *I used a 9×13 to bake the rolls in, you can also use a cookie sheet.
