Peanut Butter Brownie Bites

Yesterday afternoon, I decided to make a yummy dessert. My hubby and I love enjoying a little dessert each night, and so I wanted to try something new. Since I was short on time, due to needing to head to the bus stop soon, I needed something I could make that didn’t require a lot of time. I ended up using a box of brownie mix to make these. If you have more time and want to use a homemade recipe instead, go for it!! Either way, these are sure to be a hit!! The chocolate and peanut butter combo makes these amazing!

1 box brownie mix (and ingredients to make them) (Here is our homemade recipe)
1 cup peanut butter, melted
Peanut Butter Chips
Chocolate Chips

Make the brownies according to package directions. Pour brownie batter into a lined cupcake pan. *You can use a mini muffin pan if desired.
Once brownie cupcakes are cooked, allow to cool. Taking a tablespoon, press down into the middle of each brownie cup. Melt the peanut butter in the microwave and pour about 1 tbsp of the peanut butter on top of each brownie cup. *More or less depending on size of indent.
Sprinkle a few peanut butter chips and chocolate chips on top and allow to cool. Enjoy!!!

I would keep them at the same temperature the package directs, however, I would take about 10-15 minutes off of cooking time, depending on when the toothpick comes out clean once inserted in center. Enjoy!!
