I don’t know about you, but in the mornings when the kids need to go to school, the hubby needs to head to work, errands need to be run, etc., the last thing I remember to do is eat breakfast. Ever since my hubby bought me a Vitamix, my goal has been to make smoothies on the mornings where time is limited. It seems to be a win win since they only take a few minutes to make, my kids end up enjoying them with me, and I don’t have a hunger crash later in the morning. This smoothie recipe is my favorite version so far. It keeps me full until lunch and is quite tasty!
If you are in the market for a new blender, I highly recommend the Vitamix. It is the best blender I have ever had and allows me to make soups, smoothies, ice cream, peanut butter, pasta sauces, and more!
