Pumpkin Brownies (2 ingredients only)

With Fall season quickly approaching, I have been stocking up on pumpkin, pulling out my Fall recipes, and getting prepared. Fall is by far, my most favorite season of the year. To bring in the Fall season, I decided to make my first pumpkin recipe of the year. These brownies literally are the easiest brownies to make, less work than even a boxed mix. I had them ready for the oven in about 2 minutes, and it took that long only because I had to explain each step to my curious 2 year old along the way. They are moist, have a hint of pumpkin flavor, and perfect with a scoop of ice-cream. I do need to point out that the texture is a bit more dense than a normal brownie, but this is a nice change and perfect for Fall.


1 box brownie mix (19.5 oz)
1 can pumpkin (15 oz)


Combine brownie mix and can of pumpkin together in a medium bowl. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven, 350, for about 25-30 minutes. Simple huh?? : )
