These jalapeños are one of my husbands favorite appetizers in the whole world! He can eat 30 if them If I would let him. Haha I made these yesterday for an Easter cookout we hosted at our house and they were the first thing to go. The recipe is for oven baked jalapeños but you can also cook them on the grill if you would like. I started cooking them in the oven when I just couldn’t wait for the grill to be free to pop them on. They are still just as delicious and satisfying. Perfect for all the summer cook outs ahead this year !
2 blocks of cream cheese
1 package of bacon
Season salt to taste
Preheat oven to 375. Using gloves ( a must or your hands will be on fire!) I cut all jalapeños in half length wise and then scoop out all seeds. Fill the insides with cream cheese and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Top off with a strip of bacon. Place Jalapeños in oven for 20 minutes or until bacon is brown and crispy. Enjoy !
