Garlic Chicken Pizza

This pizza is AMAZING. It tastes so light and wont leave you feeling too full. My mom has been making this for years, and I remember the first time she ever made it, we all fell in love. Definitely try it, you wont be disappointed. 


1 pre-made pizza crust (I use Bobili original)
1 1/2 – 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1 boneless chicken breast, cooked and diced
3-5 thinly sliced plum tomatoes
Minced garlic or garlic powder, to taste
Basil, to taste
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Grated Parmesan cheese


Spread mozzarella cheese evenly over pizza crust. Spread diced chicken over the cheese. Follow it up by placing sliced tomatoes on top. Season with garlic and basil, drizzle olive oil over the top. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and place in a preheated oven (400) until crust is crispy on bottom and cheese is melted. *Broiling the pizza for an additional minute helps make the cheese all hot and bubbly, YUM!!
