Buffalo Chicken Pizza

My hubby and I are huge fans of buffalo chicken. We used to live in Texas near all the yummy “Buffalo Wild Wings” restaurants. It was one of my favorite places to eat. When we moved to Seattle, sadly, I left behind my Wild Wings restaurant. Luckily, we order their yummy sauces online and can still enjoy them. I saw a recipe that was for a “garbage pizza” and it gave me the idea to create this version. We enjoyed it SOOOOO much and I made sure I made it big enough to have leftovers. Yum!!

1 can Pilsbury pizza dough or any pizza dough you desire (I used two cans so I could make it big)
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked/shredded
3/4 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing (I used a little of both)
Mozzarella Cheese/Cheddar Cheese

Spread pizza crust(s) onto a pizza pan or cookie sheet until spread evenly. Spread ranch/blue cheese dressing and 1/4 cup buffalo sauce onto pizza evenly. In a skillet, mix chicken and remaining 1/2 cup buffalo sauce together until combined. You may need to add a bit more sauce to cover all of chicken. Sprinkle chicken mixture evenly over pizza. Sprinkle desired amount of cheeses on top of pizza. Bake in a preheated oven (425) for 20 minutes, or until golden brown crust and bubbly cheese. *I also took a bit of garlic powder and sprinkled it on the crust for additional flavor, this is optional!
