Garlic Parmesan Knots

I don’t know about you, but I love switching up different side dishes with our dinners. I typically serve a bread item with dinner, I know, bad carbs….oh well though hehe! I came across this variation of biscuits and fell in love. I put them together last night and the family went nuts over it. Josh, my hubby, and I even fought over who got the last one, which of course ended with us splitting it in half LOL!! These are a great addition to any meal!!

1 package biscuits (I used Pilsbury buttermilk 8 count)
2 tbsp butter, melted
3 tbsp Parmesan cheese, shredded or grated
1 tsp dried Parsley
1 tsp dried Oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Kosher salt
Open biscuit package and separate each biscuit. In your hand, take one biscuit and fold it in half. Start rolling the dough in between your hands to create a 6-7 inch “snake” as I call them, or dough rope hehe. Once all of the biscuits are about 6 inches long, tie each one into a “knot”. Place onto a cookie sheet and bake them in the oven according to package directions. (About 10-13 minutes on 350 were mine). While biscuit knots are cooking, add cheese, parsley, oregano, salt, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Mix well. When biscuits are just about done, brush each “knot” with melted butter mixture. Next, sprinkle cheese mixture generously on top of each knot. Place back in oven for an additional 3-4 minutes. Remove and serve with meal!!
