Honey Garlic Pork Chops

Lately, I have been trying to spruce up different meats that have become “routine” in our house. Typically, we just sprinkle some spices on our pork chops and grill them up. I decided I wanted to try marinating them. I marinated these for about 24 hours and so the pork chops really absorbed the flavor and it was delicious. This flavor reminded us of teriyaki, but it was a little different, so if you aren’t huge teriyaki fans, I would still recommend it!! Pork, its whats for dinner, : )

Ingredients:
1/4 cup honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
6 garlic cloves, minced
6 pork chops, trimmed of fat
Directions:
In small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce and garlic together. Place pork chops in ziploc bag or shallow dish and cover with honey mixture. Allow to marinade for at least 2 hours if possible. Once marinated, bake them in a preheated oven at 350 for 35 minutes, or grill them (which is what we did).

I tend to use boneless, but either boneless or bone-in works great! As for the size, mine always varies. I mostly buy the big ones from Costco, but I have also used this recipe with the ones from the grocery (which they are a bit smaller)
