Chocolate and peanut butter, need I say more?
These are perfect to make on hot days because no oven or stove is needed, and so your kitchen wont get heated!!!
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup milk
Line a mini muffin tin with liners, you can use a normal muffin tin, but your cups will be big.
Melt the butter and peanut butter together in the microwave. Stir until smooth and creamy. Add in graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Stir until combined. Evenly distribute between muffin cups. Refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes to set peanut butter layer.
After the peanut butter has chilled, melt chocolate and milk in a microwavable bowl. Mix until smooth, be careful not to burn the chocolate. Distribute evenly over the peanut butter layer. Sprinkle sea salt on tops of chocolate layer. Move muffin tray back to refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Store covered in refrigerator.
