Garlic Mashed Potatoes

These are the perfect addition to any meal, quick, easy and full of flavor. You can adjust them to your tastes depending on if you like more salt, butter, garlic, etc. 


2 lbs potatoes, peeled, sliced
6 cloves garlic
Salt/Pepper to taste
Butter/Milk to taste


Peel and cut potatoes into cubes. Wash them and put them in a pan. Cover potatoes with water. Add in garlic cloves and salt the water. Turn stove on medium-high. Allow them to boil until tender. Once potatoes are cooked, drain water and use a potato masher or electric mixer to mash them. Add in butter and milk until you reach the consistency desired.
Serve warm!
