Chicken Chipulos

I received this casserole recipe from a recipe swap I attended. It is easy, and makes an entire 9×11 pan, so there are always tons of leftovers. 


1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cups shredded, cooked chicken
1 4oz can diced green chiles
1 8oz container sour cream
1 onion, finely diced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
10 flour tortillas


Preheat oven to 350. Combine the soups, chicken, chiles, and sour cream in a bowl. Set aside. Rip tortillas into bite size pieces and layer 1/3 on the bottom of a 9×11 baking dish. Layer 1/3 chicken mixture on top of tortillas, followed by 1/3 of the shredded cheese. Repeat steps two times, making sure to end with the cheese layer on top. Bake in the oven for about an hour, serve hot!!
