Tennessee Smoked Chicken


Tennessee Smoked Chicken

A flavorful, smoked chicken meal that will have anyone going back for seconds!! Adjust the seasonings to yor preference!! Enjoy!!

Cook Time 1 hour 30 minutes
Total Time 1 hour 40 minutes

  • Chicken Thighs and/or Breasts
  • Seasoning Salt
  • Weber's Chicken and Rib Seasoning
  • Cayenne Pepper


  1. Rinse and dry the chicken pieces.

  2. Put a light coating of seasoning salt on top of chicken.

  3. Coat the chicken heavily with Weber's Chicken and Rib seasoning (found in the baking aisle)

  4. Put a light dusting of Cayenne Pepper on top of other seasonings, adjusting to preference.

  5. Hickory smoke them at 250 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours.

  6. Remove from smoker and allow to rest for about 5-10 minutes before digging in.
