Tortellini Bake

A few nights ago, I made this dish for dinner! My day had been quite chaotic and busy, so I had not been in the mood to give too much thought to dinner. I threw some things together quickly, and surprisingly, everyone in the family loved it! With three small kids, I call that a success!!! The sauce had great flavor, was creamy and cheesy, which you can’t go wrong with, and overall,  I can say, I will definitely be making this again!!!


1 bag frozen cheese filled Tortellini (19.5 oz)
1 cup Alfredo sauce (I make my sauce using this recipe, however, store bought sauce works too)
1 cup marinara sauce
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded


In a pot, cook tortellini according to directions. Once cooked, drain water and pour pasta into a greased 8×8 baking pan. Add in the Alfredo sauce and marinara sauce. Once combined, sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven, 350, for about 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve!!
