Pull Apart Rolls

Lately, I have been trying all sorts of new recipes for the bread machine! My family, especially my kids, have an obsession for the pull apart breads I make. Not only are they simple to make, but they end up looking so pretty, and are the perfect side dish for any meal! These pull apart rolls were full of flavor, great reheated the next day, and a big hit in my house!!

2/3 cup milk
1 egg
1 tbsp butter
3/4 tsp salt
2 1/4 cups bread flour
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tsp sugar
3/4 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast
2 tbsp butter, melted

Combine the milk, egg, butter, salt, bread flour, Parmesan cheese, sugar, and Italian seasoning in the bread machine pan. Create a well on the top of the mixture and add the yeast. Lock pan into bread machine and choose dough cycle. Once cycle is completed, remove dough and divide into 20 balls. Dip each ball into the melted butter. Place dough balls into a greased bundt pan. Once all the dough balls are in the pan, pour any remaining butter on top. Place pan in a preheated oven, 375, and bake for about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and flip pan over onto serving plate. Enjoy!!

What if you don’t have a bread machine? How do you make these rolls? I am always looking for and trying new recipes for bread, buns. Hopefully there is a way to make them without the machine to mix and proof the dough.
