Jalapeno Popper Wonton Bites

With the Superbowl being a few weekends ago, I made these yummy Jalapeno Poppers. Not only were they SO simple to make, but I had everything on hand already since I love to use wonton wrappers for all sorts of things. My husband loved these and ate several haha! We let our kids try them since they wanted to and they were not fans, but that was due to the spiciness of the jalapenos haha! These are the perfect appetizer, snack, or side dish to any meal!!

4 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp chopped Jalapenos (I used pre-chopped canned ones)
8 wonton wrappers

In a bowl, combine the cream cheese and jalapenos. Place about 1-2 tbsp of the mixture into the middle of the wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper using water and gently roll and seal. Place the wontons on a foil lined cookie sheet. Spray the wontons with cooking spray and place the cookie sheet in a preheated oven, 375. Bake for about 8-10 minutes, turning over halfway. Once golden brown, remove from oven and enjoy!
