A few weeks ago, Costco was having a sale on their pork chops.Of course I could not pass it up, so I grabbed a big pack of them. I decided to put a few in the slow cooker for this recipe and I could not believe how tender and flavorful they turned out. It took me less than 5 minutes to put it together, and then once dinnertime rolled around, I scooped them out and dinner was served! We made zucchini fries to go with this meal, yum!!!
3-4 pork chops (I used boneless, bone-in works too)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can of water (use cream of chicken can)
1 packet ranch dressing mix
Place pork chops on the bottom of your slow cooker. Sprinkle ranch dressing packet on top and add in water/cream of chicken soup. Cover and cook on low 7 hours or high 3-4. Once cooked, serve warm and scoop gravy on top for additional flavor!
