Lemon Garlic Rosemary Chicken

I like to buy the big bulk bags of chicken breast strips to keep in the freezer for easy meals. This past week I had a ton of garlic on hand so I looked for a recipe to make . I came across one very similar to this but I had to tweak it to the ingredients I had on hand. It was really yummy and the chicken came out so moist! My kids pretend to be the Mario brothers so I figured adding a side of pasta and tomato sauce would please them. Definitely a kid friendly meal!
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast strips
6 cloves of garlic chopped
1 tablespoon of dried rosemary seasoning
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1 tablespoon of chicken grill seasoning blend (I used McCormick’s)
1/2 cup of chicken broth
Preheat oven to 450 . Place chicken in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Add the garlic, rosemary, olive oil, lemon zest and grill seasoning to the Chicken. Toss and coat the chicken with all ingredients. Roast in oven for 20 minutes. Add the chicken broth and lemon juice to the dish and combine with pan juices. Return to oven and turn it off. Let it stand for 5 minutes in the oven. Remove from oven and enjoy!
