I love experimenting with new smoothies and finding more ways to “hide” veggies in my kids drinks. This one is my kids favorite so far, they were literally begging for more, which I happily obliged,
It has a creamy berry flavor to it, but also has some veggies in it, making it healthy, satisfying, and a yummy option for a quick breakfast on the go!

4 oz almond milk (I use unsweetened vanilla)
1 handful Spinach
1 handful baby carrots
1/2 cup blueberries (I used frozen since I pick them fresh each summer and freeze them til next season)
1 medium banana
1 cup ice
Place all the ingredients into blender in order written above. Cover with lid and blend until smooth (about 30 seconds in Vitamix, longer in different blenders)
*This recipe is compatible with any blender, you may just need to adjust blending time and amount of liquid/ice
