Kale Chips

Okay, seriously, this snack is out of this world delicious. I wanted to try a new healthy snack and sure enough, I found a winner with these. I made a batch around 9am and ended up eating it all up myself, hehe, oops!!
Definitely try these. They would be a perfect snack, alternative to chips or crackers, or side item with dinner. I have a feeling “kale” will be a new weekly item on my grocery list!! Yum!


1 medium bunch kale
1 tbsp olive oil
Sea salt, to taste


Preheat oven to 300. Wash and dry kale. Remove tough center and tear leaves into medium sized pieces. Place leaves into ziploc bag along with olive oil. Toss to coat thoroughly. Lay leaves on to a baking sheet. Sprinkle desired amount of salt on top. Bake in oven about 15 minutes. Remove from oven to toss. Place back in oven for an additional 7-8 minutes, or until edges are slightly brown and kale is crispy. Allow to cool completely and enjoy!!
