Slow Cooker Chicken and Gravy

This is probably one of the easiest recipes you will ever find. At first, I wasn’t too sure about trying it because it WAS so simple to make, but in the end, it was a huge hit. My kids went crazy over it and each had seconds, that NEVER happens. Definitely try this recipe, its yummy!!

3 large boneless chicken breasts
2 cups chicken broth
2 packages brown gravy mix (you can also use chicken gravy if desired)
Mashed Potatoes (homemade or packaged)
*Cooked Pasta may also be used in place of potatoes

Place chicken in bottom of slow cooker. Pour in chicken broth. Sprinkle two packets of gravy mix on top and close lid. Cook on high 4-5 hours, low 7-8 hours. Once cooked, shred chicken with fork. Prepare mashed potatoes (or pasta if desired) and scoop chicken/gravy on top of potatoes/pasta. Enjoy!!

Simple huh? Not much to it but it is full of flavor!!!
