This is a recipe I got from my mom. Its super easy, full of flavor, and is a huge hit. I made it this past weekend for my sister in law and her family, and they loved it! This is the perfect main dish to go with the potato salad posted a few days ago.
3-6lb beef roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 cup bbq sauce (any kind you want)
1 envelope Lipton Onion soup mix
Place roast into slow cooker and top with remaining ingredients. Cook on low 8-9 hours, or high 4-5 hours. Shred once cooked and serve.
*You can eat this plain, on a roll, on a hamburger bun, etc. Enjoy!!
